Product Owner

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Owner in Turkey to own product scope definition and delivery alignment. You will collaborate directly with executive stakeholders and startup founders to decompose broad business plans into high-integrity technical specs, managing the product pipeline from initial concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, ensuring engineering squads have clear, actionable requirements.
• Author comprehensive user stories, product requirements documents (PRDs), and precise acceptance criteria.
• Conduct validation reviews on completed sprint items, ensuring deliverables align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to run user usability studies and refine high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
• Interface with technical leads to scope architectural complexities and adjust timelines dynamically.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in decomposing user scenarios into granular backlog items using Jira or linear tools.
• Familiarity with design workflow systems (Figma, Miro) and analytical reporting tools.
• Professional fluency in English with experience working with cross-border, distributed startup teams.
• Technical background or understanding of API integrations, databases, and microservices is a major plus.
