Prompt Engineer

About the Role

Seeking a Prompt Engineer to optimize interactions between our software systems and large language models. You will design templates, manage system context rules, and analyze output benchmarks to build structured, reliable inputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompt frameworks to retrieve high-accuracy structured responses.
• Build validation tests to monitor prompts across models (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini).
• Programmatically manage system memory, dynamic templates, and context token usage.
• Standardize AI outputs, forcing strict formats (JSON/XML) matching schema parameters.
• Track prompt regression states and model update shifts using analytics trackers.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working closely with Large Language Models and prompt design frameworks.
• Proficient in Python for automating prompt validation, parsing payloads, and running API tests.
• Deep understanding of model parameters (temperature, top_p, frequency penalty, system messages).
• Experience with structured parsing libraries (Pydantic, LangChain Output Parsers).
• Strong logical thinking and excellent natural language communication skills.
