Head of AI

About the Role

Seeking a Head of AI to define and drive our technical AI vision. You will lead GenAI and Prompt Engineering teams, set standards for pipeline orchestration, and direct model deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define our organizational AI roadmap, framework standards, and tooling.
• Lead, mentor, and scale our AI engineering and prompt engineering teams in Hyderabad.
• Direct MLOps pipeline deployments, monitoring model latency, throughput, and costs.
• Consult with client executives and startup founders to define AI requirements.
• Manage AI compute budgets and token spending metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years leading machine learning or data science teams.
• Strong technical background in deep learning, LLMs, transformer architectures, and RAG systems.
• Experience directing production-grade MLOps pipelines and scaling API workloads.
• Proven leadership credentials, with experience managing budgets and hiring talent.
• Excellent strategic planning, client-facing presentation, and English communication skills.
