Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional development squads in our Hyderabad capability hub. You will serve as the core facilitator of sprint deliveries, bridging communication lines between international startup founders and local engineering talent to ensure alignment on release schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all core Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and optimize sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down rates, cumulative flow) using Jira and Confluence dashboards.
• Proactively identify and eliminate technical blockers, team dependencies, and operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog items, define realistic milestones, and map scope expectations.
• Promote collaborative, high-performance practices and maintain a clear, transparent status report for global clients.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing software delivery programs as a Scrum Master or Agile PM.
• Valid CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM, or PMI-ACP credentials are highly preferred.
• Mastery of Jira and Confluence setup, ticket workflow configuration, and metrics reporting.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for constant client-facing synchronization.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern cloud-native architectures.
